How will my order be shipped?
A variety of carriers are used and we will do our best to ship your order the fastest method, when possible.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. We will send you shipping information when we receive it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to only offer in-stock items which are shipped out immediately. However, disruptions in the shipping industry are outside our control. If there is any issue with your order, we will be in touch.
What do I do if my product is damaged?
If your product appears to be damaged, please send photos to sales@bluejayinteriors.com. Someone will be in touch within 2 business days.
Can I pick up items if I am local?
All items are shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturer. At this time, Blue Jay Interiors, LLC is unable to provide local pick-up.
I'm moving. Can you ship it to a receiver?
Yes. Just let us know at check out.
